Explore the peaceful wilderness of Lapland on a scenic canoeing trip along the gentle River Pyhäjoki. This half-day adventure is a great way to experience Arctic nature from the water—keep an eye out for local wildlife and perhaps even spot a small pike jumping in the river!
Tour Description
- Each canoe holds up to 2 adults and 1 child.
- During dry summer periods, water levels may be lower, but our guides will assist in case of shallow spots—no need to leave your canoe.
- Halfway through the tour, we'll take a relaxing break to enjoy light snacks in nature.
- Kayak/canoe rental option available: If you prefer an independent trip, you can rent equipment from us. We'll transport you to the starting point, provide instructions and gear, and meet you at the end. Please note: snacks are not included with rental.
Start Time & Flexibility
The start time is flexible, and during summer, this tour can also be done as a magical nighttime paddle under the Midnight Sun. If the suggested start time doesn’t suit you, contact us to arrange an alternative.
