The route building tool calculates the distance and travel times for you, taking into account the times and durations of the planned activities. When traveling, you can use your own car, bicycle or other vehicles, or add a rental car to your reservation. How to plan a route and book a travel package at Elämys Finland
To help you get started, we have created a variety of itineraries with our regional partners. When you have selected an interesting route and a suitable time and a number of participants, the next step will be to customize the stops and places to stay. Hotels and other accommodation types as well as room types can be modified via edit or replace- buttons.
Activities can be replaced or if you wish to delete them completely that is also possible. There are paid activities that follow the terms and rules of changes and cancellation of travel packages, but you will also find some free activities without a guide. With these free activities you can plan a diverse trip and it also makes it easier to plan the overall duration of your trip.
In the last step of the booking process, you can book a rental car according to the start and endpoint of your trip. If you are driving the route with your own vehicle, go directly to fill in the passenger details. Payment will be made at the time of your booking.
Note! The most popular holiday seasons in some specific destinations accommodations and activities can be sold out well in advance. So, there might be times when you can´t find a suitable travel package. Availability of accommodations and activities are up to date.
