Description
A gentle 45 min exercise in 50 degree sauna. Our guide shows us easy stretches and exercises that increase our mobility. The warmth of the sauna relaxes our muscles and we get to concentrate on ourselves. We reach a state of true mindfulness as we breath deep in. In the silence of the sauna we can concentrate and forget all worries.
The activities are open departures and program will be done if minimum 4 persons is joining. We will notify you at the latest by 3 p.m. the day before if the program is cancelled.

You can wear a swimsuit or cozy t-shirt and shorts in the sauna.
