Price and availability
We have multiple activities and experiences all over Finland. Our partner companies maintain the availability and pricing of the service themselves. The activities maintained by our partner companies are in Finnish and/or in English.
You can see the price and real-time availability of each activity by clicking on the product. In the description there is a mention about meeting places related to the product, including an address where the activity begins.
Some activities can include pick-up and drop-off from your accommodation. Please note that you will not be able to see the availability and prices of some products until you select the actual number of people attending the activity.
Payment
How can I pay for my purchase?
Activities are paid with online payment. Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) cooperates with Finnish banks and credit institutions as the provider and payment service provider for online payment services.
For payments made with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or American Express cards, Paytrail Oyj shows the payee as a card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant.
Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license.
Booking confirmation
How is the booking confirmation/ticket delivered?
You will receive your booking confirmation/voucher in PDF format and it will be sent to the email address you have provided during the booking process. If something goes wrong during the booking or payment process, please contact us.
Print the voucher or present it on the screen of your mobile phone to the service provider when you arrive to the meeting place of the activity.
