We visit a local husky kennel, where eager Arctic dogs are ready to take you on an unforgettable adventure. Enjoy the husky sleigh ride through the snowy forest, sharing the sleigh with a fellow traveller and taking turns guiding the team. After the ride, the husky musher introduces you to the dogs and their way of life as you relax with hot drinks and biscuits.

Operated in Ylläs during winter season. (weather permitting). Minimum number of participants required for each safari is 2 full paying adults.
Two persons per husky team, one adult as a driver and one adult as a passenger. Half way adults can change drivers. Children up to 12 years are always seated as passengers in the sleigh.
Transfers from/to holiday accommodations located in Ylläs area are included within max. 15 km distance from Ylläs safari house. Winter clothing include thermal overall, winter boots, woollen socks, woollen scarf, beanie and gloves.
Meeting time for our safaris is always before the starting time of the safari. You will receive your meeting time and point upon confirmation. Safari starts when the group is clothed and ready to go. Missed meeting time and point will result on missed safari which will not be refunded.
